4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify my pricing with notice to my users.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for session cancellation
• Late cancellations may be charged in full
• Unused session credits expire after 6 months

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of my services are owned by DevmentorLive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

DevmentorLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use my services.
